I want to thank you for the outstanding service and exquisite food you provided for my daughter’s wedding and brunch.

From the beginning of our relationship, I was impressed with your professionalism, creativity, and strong sense of customer service. Prior to contacting you, I spoke with several caterers. None took the time to actually speak with me to determine my vision or budget for my daughter’s wedding. All of them sent brochures of services and asked me to call with questions. One caterer assumed that I would go with them solely due to their popularity in the community.

During my first conversation with Janel, I was sold. She asked questions and understood my vision and desire to give my daughter the wedding of her dreams. Janel’s follow up and organization was impeccable, always available to answer questions and resolve concerns. With my daughter living out of state, Janel made it a point to include my daughter in decisions via email and phone when needed.

When we received the recommended menu prepared by Ed, we were “blown away”! Just what we envisioned but the proof was in the meal. Our tasting appointment was amazing. Everything was prepared to perfection. My son-in-law, who does not like vegetables, ate all on his plate and the entire platter!

The day of the wedding was beautiful and your staff was remarkable. Our guests expected the usual boring chicken that one receives at a wedding. Again you prepared a meal that surpassed everyone’s expectations. The hors d’oeuvres were wonderful and complimented our wine choices perfectly. The chicken was succulent and seasoned to perfection coupled with the marvelous vegetables that my son-in-law loves. Your wonderful staff was courteous and always on point replenishing beverages and removing plates when the meals were done.

The next day, brunch was fabulous! Omelets to order prepared by Ed were a perfect ending to the wedding weekend. Again, the food was exceptional and your staff outstanding.

Over the years, I have hosted several catered events. Certainly, my only daughter’s wedding was the most important to me, it had to be perfect. It is because of you and your staff that it was just that…PERFECT!

It was a pleasure to work with you and your staff. The high standards that you set and achieve and your commitment to deliver good food and service are very much appreciated.
